Unless otherwise stated, most of our products purchased from us have a 7 days 1-for-1 exchange policy*.
*Items that are shipped out via postage will not be applicable for the 7 days exchange policy unless it is a manufacturer's fault. For example, if you purchase a glass product and opt for mailing instead of self collection, we will not be liable for any damages / losses incurred should any unfortunate event happen. If the product arrives in good condition and would not switch on, this will be eligible for 1- for-1 exchange. You'd have to ship back the item to us and upon receiving, we will check the item and reship another one out to you.
*Warranty will not cover if product was damaged due to buyer's negligence. For example, if buyer self collected a glass product from us and have checked that it is fine and subsequently breaks it during the journey back or during installation, we will not be able to do the exchange.
For Lighting Products
Before Collection / Shipment, we will take a video showing you of the actual lighting product that you are purchasing is in working condition. This is to ensure that we are releasing lights that are in working condition. As lighting are fragile products, we will not be able to provide warranty as such.
We check all our products that arrive in our warehouse before we place our "Buy With Confidence" sticker and release the item(s) to our customers. This is to ensure that there is an extremely low chance of receiving broken products.
