Refund Policy for Singapore-Based Customers

All Jeja Pets products undergo rigorous Quality Check before hitting the shelves and comes with a 7-days exchange policy*, unless otherwise stated.

* Items shipped out via postage/courier will only qualify for exchange/return in the event of manufacturers’ defects. i.e. Jeja Pets is not liable for damages/losses arising from logistical handling should a customer opt for delivery when purchasing a glass item.

*Damages arising from buyer’s negligence will not qualify for exchange/return

Rest assured that we encourage all to “Buy with Confidence” with stringent quality checks for all products before releasing to our customers, ensuring an extremely low chance of receiving faulty products.

Refund Policy for International Customers

* Import fees, taxes and custom duties are not included in the total amount (products + shipping). Buyers have to borne the abovementioned fees should there be any. Each country's import fees, taxes and custom duties are different and therefore, please take due diligence to check prior to ordering from us.

* It is the buyer's responsibility to check their own country's import law to make sure that nothing goes wrong during the shipping process. Should customs end up seizing or destroying the goods sent, we will not be liable for the losses incurred.

* Please take a video of unboxing the parcel in case anything is damaged, we can better facilitate the claiming process with the shipping company. The outcome of the claim process cannot be guaranteed.

* If the item is damaged, do not throw any of the packing materials or items that comes with it as we need photographic evidences to be submitted to our courier for claims purposes. 

* Refunds are only applicable to the total amount of the product(s) ordered. It does not include logistical fees such as shipping insurances, shipping fees, customs duties and taxes. 

* Refunds will only be made after our shipping provider gets back to us with a successful claim.
